Are your fees based per hour?I don't bill per hour. I base the rate on job complexity. If I calculate 2 hours to complete and I spend 6 on unforeseen issues, that cost doesn't fall on you. Having you as a satisfied customer is more important to me than a big payout. General questions, assessments and consultations are all free of charge.
